Bakers Pride 151 Single Deck Gas Pizza Deck
The 151 is a Single Deck Gas Pizza Oven from Baker’s Pride. This exterior of this oven is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel, while the interior is constructed of aluminized steel. The oven chamber features a cordierite deck, with top and bottom dampers providing even heat. The micro-slides and dampers are adjustable, so the crusts and toppings are cooked as needed. The doors are spring-balanced.The throttling thermostat, with its range of 300°F to 650°F, is easy to operate and accurate set for the temp you need. Gas controls include valve, regulator, and pilot safety. The ceramic hearth decks provide a nice way to crisp up dough while not allowing it to stick and become difficult to shuffle around the oven.
